What is ZoomInfo Sales?
ZoomInfo Sales is the modern go-to-market platform for B2B companies. We have the biggest, most accurate, and most frequently refreshed database of insights, intelligence, and purchasing intent data about companies and contacts. ZoomInfo Sales layer additional tools on top of that intelligence—such as conversation intelligence, sales engagement, and data orchestration—to help you engage with prospects and customers. By integrating all of these tools with the other key systems you use, your go-to-market teams will be more prepared and well equipped to close more deals and hit their number.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?
If I had to pick a favorite aspect of ZoomInfo Sales, it would be its data accuracy and depth. The platform’s focus on providing comprehensive and up-to-date information about companies and contacts is crucial for effective sales and marketing strategies. High-quality data not only helps in identifying the right prospects but also in crafting targeted and personalized outreach, which can significantly boost engagement and conversion rates. The ability to access accurate contact details and detailed company insights can make a substantial difference in how well sales teams perform.
What do you dislike most about this product?
One common critique of ZoomInfo Sales is its cost. The platform can be quite expensive, especially for small to mid-sized businesses or startups with limited budgets. This higher price point might be a barrier for some companies looking to access high-quality data and advanced features. Additionally, while the depth of data is a strength, it can also mean that there’s a steep learning curve to fully leverage all of the platform’s capabilities, which might require a significant investment in time and training.

What differentiates ZoomInfo Sales from other similar products?
This is a tough question, because there's so much in this space that its hard to say an idea or product is "new" or "innovative". Zoominfo does a great job of listening to its community as well as what we need. The thing that really stands out to me is the growth of Zoominfo over the past two years. I've loved the updates they've brought to the Zoominfo reachout tool!
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
My favorite aspect about this product is the sidebar while I'm scrolling profiles, leads, companies. The additional information and context about companies and leads helps me determine who I should be reaching out to!
What do you dislike most about this product?
My experience with Zoominfo at two organizations always leads me to the same prospecting process. I typically default to SalesNav for their contact database and tend to enrich that information with ZoomInfo (if available). But ZoomInfo is critical for getting those leads appropriately into our CRM and prospect engagement softwares (in this case Salesloft). I would love to see the quality of the ZoomInfo Database and UI on reporting to clear up, which would encourage me to use the database as a primary option.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
This is the best multi-purpose tool in the market to fill some of the gaps on your sales team at the moment. I've always enjoyed the ease of connectivity and imports for my leads through ZoomInfo and would highly recommend it. This product can work as a standalone without SalesNav, I just happen to enjoy the two of them in tandem moreso.
Pros
- Continually Improving Product
- Efficient Service
- Effective Service
- Caring
Cons
- Commodity Features
