What is Chorus?
Chorus was created to understand what influences conversation outcomes, and make it easy to learn from and influence the thousands of conversations your team has. Today, almost all of those conversations and the insights they contain are forgotten the second they end, except for the few notes captured in your CRM. Chorus helps performance-driven sales teams capture and analyze all customer calls, meetings, and emails to create visibility, drive process and behaviour changes, and deliver bottom line impact.

How to read the Emotional Footprint
The Net Emotional Footprint measures high-level user sentiment towards particular product offerings. It aggregates emotional response ratings for various dimensions of the vendor-client relationship and product effectiveness, creating a powerful indicator of overall user feeling toward the vendor and product.
While purchasing decisions shouldn't be based on emotion, it's valuable to know what kind of emotional response the vendor you're considering elicits from their users.

Once you use Chorus, you never go back!
Likeliness to Recommend
What differentiates Chorus from other similar products?
Chorus is just easy to use-- you can integrate it with your calendar and it automatically shows up to your calls. You never have to remember.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Chorus is an extension of me in the sales process-- it is my memory and my notetaker. Instead of worrying about taking every last note down and fearing that I have missed something (which I often would), I can revisit my calls anytime, making me the sharpest I can be on my future calls.
What do you dislike most about this product?
You can't search for something by date. It could be a little more mobile-friendly, but it is a rare occasion that someone would be accessing from their phone (only use case for me is while driving to a client visit-- it doesn't keep my phone active for long enough, so I am constantly having to make sure my phone doesn't sleep while listening to calls). But it is a very small complaint.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Just say yes. At first, as a salesperson (and not a decision-maker), I was pretty turned off that my management would get something to big-brother all my calls. After using the product for a week, my attitude completely switched. This is a tool to help me be better, not a tool for my managers. When I go into a second call with a prospect, it's like I just hung up with them, since I listened to the call ahead of time. I look like an all-star. My win rate went way up. Other uses: Sometimes, you just don't know why a deal fell apart--- it's good to go back and revisit. Client saying you promised something you didn't-- you got a record!
Pros
- Continually Improving Product
- Reliable
- Performance Enhancing
- Enables Productivity

What differentiates Chorus from other similar products?
Chorus gives me insight into my conversations with clients. It’s valuable for three main reasons: 1) I get conversational insights 2) coaching and feedback is easy to give 3) if my client says something and I missed it, I can always listen back to the recording giving me a second take on my calls
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I never miss a key insight from the customer.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Nothing to say here
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Utilize it on every call you have. Even internal trainings, so you can go back and review.

What differentiates Chorus from other similar products?
The two products I see in this space are Chorus and Gong. I see Chorus as a better user interface to navigate and I like their Snippets feature a lot better. Branding-wise, I see Chorus as a more emotionally intelligent product, while Gong feels very utilitarian, black & white, business-centric. Chorus feels human-centric.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
My favorite aspect of Chorus would be the Snippets feature. This feature was easy to use and made it really easy to share specific sections of a call with Product, Marketing, and other teammates on the Sales team.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I wish I had better training on how to use the analytics.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
One great application of Chorus we implemented at my last company was a weekly meeting called "Customer Stories" where we'd share customer conversations with each other to learn about the market. Everyone in the company across functions really enjoyed that meeting.
Pros
- Helps Innovate
- Continually Improving Product
- Reliable
- Performance Enhancing
