Im very much a fan of going for one time payments rather than reccuring expenses but this time i went for this because of the price is so reasoable

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite aspect of Zoho Social is its deep integration with the broader Zoho ecosystem. This connectivity allows for seamless data sharing and workflow automation across various Zoho applications. It is great as my company uses other zoho products too!!

What do you dislike most about this product?

One downside of Zoho Social is its analytics, which, while comprehensive, can be less detailed and less customizable compared to leading competitors like Sprout Social or Hootsuite. This is a big limitation for us as it ristricts ourselves from getting in-depth data analysis and custom reporting capabilities to work on our social media strategies.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you are also considering Zoho Social. Then, take full advantage of the 15-day free trial to explore its features thoroughly. Also, you should pay particular attention to how it integrates with other Zoho products if you're already using them.

What differentiates Zoho Social from other similar products?

It connect rapidly with Zoho ecosystem such as with Zoho marketing and Zoho Desk which enable us to analyze social insights directly to mange sales and client contact details in one place.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My best in Zoho Social is built in collaboration tools for managing multiple brands for Client Approvals and Digital Marketing helps us to tailor sales needs seamlessly.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There is no option for designing content which could be very effective.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Zoho Social integrate with other Zoho products which help small or large agencies to manage all Sales Leads, Product Marketing and Social media engagement in single cloud ecosystem. Monitoring Product views, Comments and Client suggestion on dashboard always keep all the information updated regularly.
