What differentiates Zoho Sign from other similar products?
Through Zoho Sign, we send documents digitally through its web platform using the emails of clients, and the signature is also completed from their web environment, making the flow of signatures much easier. Our clients can send it in no time. Totally love it.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I appreciate it because it has a respectable API that enables me to automate several steps in the signing process. For all of my documents, Zoho Sign was an incredibly simple web app to set up and utilize. I like that there are several alternatives for signing and where to insert our signature on documents. The workflow mechanism offered for document signing was actually simple to set up and comprehend.
What do you dislike most about this product?
This process is really smooth when using the web application, using the mobile application, I occasionally forget to attach the agreements. As a result, this is the only aspect of Zoho Sign that I detest. Despite this, the rest of the platform is excellent.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Zoho is a safe and versatile tool since you can use your own branding and their templates, and everything will be completed quickly and without needless additional effort. I appreciate its templates, the ability to import documents from outside programs, and signer authentication codes.

A very simple, inexpensive, safe, and wonderful eSignature solution is Zoho Sign. Its main strength is that it offers the highest level of security. Procedures can get very chaotic due to distance, but with Zoho Sign, we can easily get around this problem. Now that Zoho Sign is being used for daily operations, our company may scale up without being hindered or limited.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Quick, confidential, and simple to use! For our organization. Zoho Sign makes contracts easier to sign. There are plenty of reusable templates that save time. Its flexible features and straightforward design are among its most advantageous qualities. The encryption feature offers thorough audit trails and shields against unauthorized access.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The most difficult part of the process was manually emailing admin rights from one user to another. There are sporadic errors. Aside from these somewhat odd hassles, service excels at what it is intended to achieve. It is not possible to sign documents immediately from an email inbox; instead, we must manually save and upload files to the Zoho Sign application from their email accounts.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Due to the fact that Zoho Sign offers a more consistent and efficient picture, industry standards are simpler to adhere to.
