What differentiates Zoho Sign from other similar products?
Prior to Zoho Sign, we sent all of our documents by email for signature, which required the user to scan the document and send it back. With the use of the Zoho sign, we can send documents digitally through its web platform using the emails of clients, and the signature is also completed from their web environment. In addition, APIs enable seamless system integration.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I've experimented with a variety of e-signature services because of the cost and feature set, and I have continued to use Zoho Sign. I adore that I can transmit a package of documents that includes multiple signed documents without combining them into a single PDF. For me, this is extremely crucial. Any auditor will be pleased with the final report since it contains all signatures and timestamps with IP addresses.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Adding a third-party tool or sending papers elsewhere becomes a headache; additionally, it is not possible to email a link to the document, and accessing and attaching the audit trail can be a hassle.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I appreciate that it has a respectable API because it enables me to automate several steps in the signing process. I could create templates, and it was simple to set up. With no need to reenter the signature blocks each time, it was simple to distribute the same document to other customers using these.
