What differentiates Zoho Sign from other similar products?
The ecosystem design between Zoho Projects and Zoho Sign lets our team move directly from planning stages into document execution. Zoho Sign showed outstanding capability when legal department members submitted sudden modifications to our documents. We needed to modify clauses in product documentation even though this process included partially executed signatures. Zoho Sign provided both document versioning and validation tools, enabling us to handle this late change without forfeiting our existing signatures and reduce delays during product launch.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The board meetings allow us to utilize the signing feature for instant approvals, which I use as one of my main preferences. Integrated document templates at Reciprocal have dramatically decreased our process to launch new product documentation.
What do you dislike most about this product?
An enhanced level of flexibility should be added to the notification system since the present configuration provides limited customization possibilities. The platform requires better capabilities to let administrators decide the precise timing and manner of prompting signers about unprocessed documents.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Our team needed to build a new insurance hybrid product despite facing an unexpectedly short timeframe. Twenty or more participants from different departments and regulatory bodies had to approve the process. Because of Zoho Sign's automated parallel workflows and routing capabilities, we acquired all necessary approvals within five days, whereas we usually required three weeks before. The system provided document tracking, which made everyone responsible while maintaining their involvement in the workflow.
