What differentiates Zoho People from other similar products?

Zoho People us a distinct advantage for HR fraternity and thus makes it unhesitatingly that this platform tends to cover all key aspects of HR management. The best thing about this tool is accessible from any device and this makes it accessible on the go from anywhere. It also gives me admittance to contacts of individuals working in my association with a solitary snap search. Security is top-notch has two-step authentication that keeps all my information very secure and gives me peace of mind.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Client assistance was quick and efficient, user-friendly interface that makes it simple to use for new joiners onboarding, self learning. This tools helps me in getting the analytics of the employees performance, leaves, productivity, database, shifts, compensation and many more. Helps us getting rid of all the spreadsheets I used to prepare earlier for the employee database management.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I have been using this platform for the last two years and literally the software works great and smoothly and helps us in cutting time while employees management tasks and boosts productivity.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

A great all-in-one cloud-based HR software.

What differentiates Zoho People from other similar products?

Zoho is very user friendly. Our organization still uses Zoho people, Zoho mail, Zoho HRMS and Zoho payroll. Activities tracker’s accuracy is very accurate.
