What do you dislike most about this product?

I work with the Zoho Meeting service to hold meetings with my team at the company where I currently work. I must say that I feel very comfortable using this service to hold my business meetings because of the high quality and comfort it offers, as it really is an excellent service. What do you dislike most about this product?

My main concern with this software is that there are times when you are in the middle of meetings and the platform has some bugs like audio delay and loss of video quality, in general this can make a very unpleasant experience when being in a meeting, I really think that it is necessary that the developers of this platform take some measures to avoid this failure.

I highly recommend the service offered by Zoho Meeting, because of the many alternatives that exist today it is very unlikely to be able to find one as efficient as this one and at a very low cost. I personally have been working with this platform since 2018 and the number of meetings and webinars that I have done with this service have been many.

It differs mainly in its interface, since it is easy to understand, so it is pleasant for any type of user who wants to use this tool. Its video and audio quality are excellent and this tool provides a good support service even though it is free.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like that the communication through this tool is fast and efficient, with few steps I can be calling my family, friends or colleagues, regardless of where in the world they are and the best of all that I can see and listen with the best possible video and audio quality. Also that I can be in a videoconference and I can be chatting simultaneously with other people and I can do all this for free.

What do you dislike most about this product?

In the time that I have used this tool to communicate I have not found something that upsets me because I have not really had any kind of inconvenience.
