What is your favorite aspect of this product?

What I like the most about Zoho Forms is that I have at my disposal a wide variety of templates that help me provide a better design to all the forms that I am making, in this way I can better organize all my information and create a more optimized form . Another thing I like about Zoho Forms is that I have the ability to receive responses from my clients in less time, compared to other platforms that took a long time to process responses.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Currently, I have not had any problem with the use of Zoho Forms, it has allowed me to create and manage all kinds of forms in record time and has managed to offer better forms to my clients. I am satisfied with the results and I hope to continue having this great expectation of this platform.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would recommend that any company use Zoho Forms only if they also have other Zoho Forms services integrated into their work area, because in this way they will get the most out of its functionalities and will achieve a perfect sharing of forms towards other services of Zoho. I also think that a good reason to start using Zoho Forms is that it offers extremely easy form creation, which saves a lot of work time.

It has many more functions than the free version of Google forms, including this platform allows me to rent forms to my clients at a small cost.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

There is no doubt that Zoho Forms can help from the creation of forms for records, such as reporting forms about a problem or a form that allows to keep the client or user informed of any news or something that interests them. It is customizable and forms can be placed on almost any preferred website. It has a good form builder that helps the user to create more autonomously.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I have no problem with this platform, it is just almost perfect. The only downside would be the free version, which is too limited and costs a bit high.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

With Zoho Froms we have had better contact with customers, allowing us to have better communication with the suggestions that come to us through the forms. Not only that but it is also a very good complete tool that can be used in almost any type of company and that the forms can be included in almost any website.

Zoho Forms is an electronic application, unlike many other platforms which are manual. Again, Zoho Forms is a software which listens to the complaints that clients have, and solves the so fast. Also, all project management roles can be swiftly carried out by Zoho Forms.. And the money for subscription is not high at all.

Zoho Forms is a software which brings all business projects together, where it ensures that business activities are carried out with the dignity they require. Also, Zoho Forms works closely with many other third party applications, and hence, making the whole process effective. No issues to do with training.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Zoho Forms has so much that we even can't remember to look at the demerits. However, the developer has done a great work to always update and change the status of the application. At the moment, complaints are all sorted.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Take no time waste because Zoho Forms is a big application for you. One with the aim of changing all the projects that you have in the company. Again, you can use the application anytime, any day since it in online based.
