What differentiates Zoho Desk from other similar products?
Zoho Desk is a cherry on top of the vast gamut of the Zoho Suite of products. It is very flexible in terms of fulling customer service, digital marketing, and any type of innovative request that involves creativity. It is a cakewalk to customize it as per your requirements. Furthermore, it helps top management or marketing head honchos in faster decision-making as it provides valuable insights into customer behaviours before the first interaction begins.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Zoho Desk offers complete visibility to the management as well as among the teams by maintaining complete transparency on what other team is doing. Thus, it is easy to achieve great collaboration & team support to meet the goal faster. The software is very intuitive and the look & feel are great. Furthermore, it is easy to install. Zohodesk also makes it possible to handle multiple tickets pertaining to various departments at a time and speeds up the process, resulting in faster resolution of customer’s issues and improvement in C-SAT scores.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It is quite challenge to understand the Zohodesk interface for the beginner. Furthermore, it must allow a comprehensive view of both systems to create a distinctive solution. While working as Tax consultant, I have realized that there is no option at Zohodesk to add tax to the total invoice or an estimate. This aspect must be worked around.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If a user is on a lower subscription package, he cannot perform most of the customization as it is reserved for higher subscription package users. This situation must be worked.

What differentiates Zoho Desk from other similar products?
It is its own and useful application for customer assistance so that it has collaborated in my work area in terms of the integration of those responsible for each specialty and clients in this sense, it has promoted commitment, responsibility and efficient communications between participants. It is convenient and favorable because it allows you to quickly follow up and assess customer requests, promote performance, self-help in customers, and unity of tasks among employees.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I like this software for being supportive in the prototype testing process at each stage, useful to serve the client considering their requirements, the email service is favorable, an excellent way to keep me informed, clients send questions, opinions, advice on their requests, allows to identify the help tickets to argue or certify them, to make configuration modifications, also shows the characteristics, position, disposition, and condition of each ticket, allows adding and incorporating online support questionnaires for customers to enter structured data in the appropriate areas for reports or advice on service specifications.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Zoho Desk is a virtuous application focused on the way that organizations can give correct and effective answers to their clients in a way that I have no objections to it.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I recommend this software for its ability and effectiveness to assist and solve customer questions, it is also the alternative to use as a management model for the entire organization, based on customer satisfaction or market orientation.

Zoho Desk has an instant engagement platform, where customers with their burdens and questions share with the stakeholders of the organization. More so, Zoho Desk design or architecture is flexible, and looking fabulous.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Zoho Desk manages the voices of all persons, who are of importance to the respective organization. Again, the content from the consumers is turned into an essential information which gives the firm a competitive merit. Finally, Zoho Desk is a technological solution, hence, clouded online, and back up and securities are also online.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Zoho Desk has no CRM included in its package. The importance of a customer relation base will eliminate the advanced doubts that clients may have in a company, regarding the management and the products offered.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Zoho Desk is doing explainable justice to customers, by providing with a help desk option that is readily available, and immediate to reply. Furthermore, there is a well integrated live chat from Zoho Desk.
