charts and dashboards are real time along apart from bi directional integration with JIRA

the search takes more time and isn't friendly while looking at tickets

What differentiates Zoho Desk from other similar products?

It offers the combination of calls, tickets, and tasks all in one place which helps us get a transversal look at the CS performance for all our clients.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like the fact it is easy to use and the different features it offers.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I would like more customization, and it is true that the configuration of some automation is tricky.
