Manual module is very useful but working with editor is not easy as it should. Principally if you try to copy/past data from text editor.

It has many funcionalities and there is a holistic integrations with suite soho. If the organization is using zoho one, connect is a great plus.

Channels and chat are not so neccesary because organizations need a standard funcionality like offer Microsoft or Google.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Consider to use zoho one or a suite of products is a very good option. There are other products like people, desk and others that also could be used alone.
