What differentiates Zoho Connect from other similar products?

It has many fantastic features and is free. I do recall having a temporary issue: The web application is not respected by the mobile version.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The product is compatible with groups, allowing many groups to have distinct walls and preventing clutter on the organizational wall. Workers can use Connect to hold direct video meetings, calls, and brief chats. This feature is revolutionary.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The primary drawback of Zoho Connect is how different its mobile and web versions are in terms of functionality. Although recent updates have made some improvements, I believe there is still room for improvement in terms of how the tools and menus are handled.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Calendar management, teamwork, and Combining with additional instruments, Simple to use features for advanced search.
