All in one social and production network

There are many small bugs, and some essential features are missing.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It's a great tool if you're looking for a set of features that combines an enterprise social network, file sharing, polls, wiki, calendar, tasks, etc... but there's always that little something missing to make it perfect.
