The amount of features available. If there isn't a feature that you need, most times you can work with developers to figure out a solution.

Don't look at the out-of-the-box as the only option. Highly configurable and can work with different Zoho applications.

Actually we are using zoho connect for our daily basis of reporting and team collaboration as well as our organtization workspace for past 6 years
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The forums modul and feeds
What do you dislike most about this product?
The integration between zoho services need to be fixed (kinda pricey when it comes to webhooks only available on few subscription)
