What differentiates Zoho Cliq from other similar products?

The search button will help you find a message or a file that has been sent years ago.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The search option in each channel and for the whole application is very useful.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I guess we would just like to customize what can be seen in our profile because as of the moment it shared our personal number and Zoho Cliq support says there is no way we can remove it at the moment if it is added to our Zoho People profile.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

A great tool to communicate fast with your employees. Very easy to administer!

What differentiates Zoho Cliq from other similar products?

Communication among co-workers can be a bit tricky when you need to leave your desk and go to another department. If you are working online it makes it harder, I work in a company where communication with others is the key and currently we are all working from home, thanks to the pandemic! We are already using other Zoho applications and this one is an addition, a great one I must say! It helps communicate and chat with other members way more easily and get the job done in no time

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The best thing is that it is easy to integrate with other Zoho applications that we were already using. I must say that it works well on laptops and desktops better than mobile phones. My favorite is their bot integration which helps with work greatly. You can do customization in it and respond to workers in real time.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The same app works not as well on phones as it does on laptops or desktops. I have no idea why this issue happens to every other person but it is legitimate and needs some work done on it. I personally like it and enjoy using it.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you or your company is a Zoho CRM user overall, it’s a good choice. If not, then it will be a hassle for you because you will not have many apps and platforms to integrate it with. However, if I talk about the user experience it’s a good addition to enhance the overall communication with colleagues.
