What differentiates Zoho Analytics from other similar products?

Zoho Analytics is a useful BI tool for data analytics and visualization. It helps in dashboarding. The dashboards can have different widgets as per the requirement. The data can be imported in Zoho tables through the APIs or excel or cloud databases. The data is first passed through a set of rules which is called data cleansing. The cleaned and filtered data is then stored in the Zoho tables. This data can then be pulled up by the widgets on dashboards.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite aspect of Zoho Analytics is Zia its virtual AI Assitant. Zia helps you as a conversational AI Bot and provides you with data and stats using simple layman language. Another favorite aspect is the forecasting. One can analyze the market trends and do forecasting for the upcoming years or months. One can create perma links and circulate the same with the required stakeholders. These perma links are URLs created for your project dashboards.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The product is a great offering from Zoho group and has no dislikes as such. We are using it daily. It's easy to develop dashboards and charts in Zoho Analytics. The implementation of the tool is also easy and has lot of features that can be explored. Some of the out of the box widgets include Word Cloud, Maps, Funnel charts, butterfly charts, bar charts, pie charts, line graphs and more. The customer support is also good.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would surely recommend others to use Zoho Analytics.
