What differentiates ZENworks Asset Management from other similar products?

Its license management and compliance features. It helps IT teams track software usage, identify unused licenses and stay compliant during vendor audits. This is very helpful when managing large environments with many devices and applications.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It helps quickly identify installed applications, unused license and device details without relying on manual inventory. This makes asset tracking, compliance checks and audit prepration much easier while saving a lot of operational time for the IT team.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Initial setup and customization can be complex especially when configuring discovery rules or integrating with other systems. While the platform is powerful it can take some time for new users to fully learn and manage it efficiently.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you are considering it make sure to plan the deployment properly and organize your asset and license data beforehand. This helps you get the most value from its automation and reporting features in IT asset management.
