To​‍​‌‍​‍‌​‍​‌‍​‍‌ me, the most limiting factor is that managing complex workflows in which intricate details are involved can turn out to be quite challenging. There are some cases of advanced logic where you have to come up with a workaround in a creative way, and it is a little bit disappointing in that sense. Also, the price can become quite high if you require a lot of tasks or premium app connections. Nevertheless, it remains a very efficient tool for the majority of automation ​‍​‌‍​‍‌​‍​‌‍​‍‌requirements.

No paying in full when not used extensively, as our team only uses caters to a niche market, so there’s only so many use cases one can expect. Zapier subscription is one of the smoothest I have used!

I am a big fan of the Zap workflow automations. So even when I do not have an automation in-app for a certain application, Zapier allows me to run with my things by providing numerous options.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Coming from a niche industry, I feel sometimes certain workflow options are missing, that is all I dislike about Zapier.
