What differentiates Zapier from other similar products?
The breadth of applications available within the platform make Zapier our go-to product for making all of our business processes significantly more efficient.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The real-time testing: being able to program something and test immediately with real-time data and with the confidence that nothing will 'break'.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Being limited in the number of 'Paths' I can program within a zap.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Make sure that the application you're using (whether it's a CRM, ad platform, email service, etc) is already supported by Zapier.

What differentiates Zapier from other similar products?
Zapier is extremely unique in that it has procured thousands of integration of products that normally don't "talk" to each other. It's a trusted connection source that leverages our marketing agencies capabilities ten fold.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
My favorite aspect of Zapier is the ease of integration from so many different products. When I go to connect a new product or software, the walkthrough experience is extremely easy. Zapier empowers my agency to do more internally and externally. We primarily use it for internal notifications and for automation processes between our websites and email/other marketing avenues.
What do you dislike most about this product?
There's not much I dislike about Zapier. It does the job it's supposed to do almost flawlessly. The issues i've experience have been on the side of the platforms/software being integrated, not Zapier.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
For someone recommending Zapier, I would say think creatively. There are millions of things Zapier does that enable you to do what you could not do before. Do you want to get an email notification when someone fills out an email lead form? Do you want an automated text message to go out when someone chats on our website's chatbox? This software enables you to do the "impossible."

Zapier it's clearly the market leader in this product types. No other product as as much features and integrations as Zapier

The amount of integrations and the scalability.

sometimes it can get a bit confusing for new users.

Test it, if you need to integrate two systems Zapier it's the best and most affordable way
