Sometimes so good it's overwhelming!

What differentiates Yext from other similar products?
When we conducted competitor research in this field nothing compared to YEXT. The breadth of platforms YEXT reaches and allows us to control was far beyond the next closest alternative. We have been able to set up an API so changes are made once and rolled out across countless publishers which saves our small team so much time and gives us confidence in our work.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The knowledge graph, analytics and reviews section. These areas give us so much insight and overview of our locations - which can be quite difficult to track ordinarily. Without YEXT our listings would be all over the place. Having them grouped on the knowledge graph with the ability to allocate folders and labels makes our life so much easier! The reviews section gives us first hand customer opinion and allows us to make real time changes to our services. Whilst analytics give us insight into the publishers we'd never usually have access to.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The rate of innovation can be overwhelming - whilst it's incredible it's sometimes moving so quickly it feels as though we are being left behind as we are a small team and can't keep up with everything. We would like to have more support in this area from our client success manager to implement these on our behalf after consultation and keep us up to date on the impact the changes have had.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
To go for it! An investment in YEXT now will save you in the future. Without YEXT our listings would be so messy, and a lot of them hijacked by outside influence. We have been able to align all of our locations in the past 3 years and streamline so much of our incorrect data. We now have so much more confidence in the publisher network that when people click on our listings we are exactly the company they are looking for. The quality of traffic to our website and the conversions from this traffic is superior to anything we received before signing up with YEXT.
