What differentiates Yardi Kube from other similar products?
I think Kube is really specific to coworking and office management, which makes it unique and helpful at times.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I think Kube is pretty intuitive, especially for young individuals. When I was being trained, I could often make an educated guess about where to navigate based on little knowledge of the software.
What do you dislike most about this product?
There are often small updates to the software or changes that we aren't notified of. This is unhelpful because we have to figure out what is wrong while working on important tasks. Customer service is usually able to help, but it takes time out of our day to solve issues.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Kube is a good tool for office/space management, so I would consider it for that purpose because it does have the necessary features. I would look at similar softwares instead if you plan to use Kube every day, all day. That being said, Kube isn't completely inefficient. But prepared to be frustrated once a week or so.

Yardi Kube has a great customer service team that always figures out the intricate problems I am having in the system.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The ability to use hours under the Company level.
What do you dislike most about this product?
That when we first switched it took a long time to train on it.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Definitely go for it! I use it every day
