Many bugs happen during development and when our IT team reaches out for support from Kentico, they are not as responsive as we would expect, given the price we pay for the license.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
This product is flexible to fit your needs, but make sure you're working with experienced developers, as the Kentico support team can hold back your development progress.

What differentiates Xperience by Kentico from other similar products?
I have seen Kentico making a difference since 2012, since then I am associated with Kentico. Every new version of Kentico has always something more to offer. I have worked on a couple of other CMS's but Kentico has the best UI all of them and with lots of functionalities.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Workflows & publishing of content items are the best features in the product.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Ecommerce functionalities. It has a room for imrpovement.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Go ahead. Its the best and cost effective product in the market.
