What differentiates Xerox DocuShare from other similar products?

I am really happy with the performance I have had with this program, since it has been one of the best solutions I have had at hand to manage and manipulate the high content of my work in a single space, that is, thanks to the help From this program I have found an order and power to work with each of my coworkers without any problem, that is why my experience with Xerox DocuShare has been very good, as well as it is shown as a tool that is easy to access and develop. Of all our information, working together with this program greatly facilitates the operation and storage processes of each of my documents, the final objective of each one.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

There are many aspects that stand out about this program, but one of the greatest characteristics that has contributed a lot to my work area has been the good work methodology to store and distribute the information and content that we create according to the objectives we have, to What I mean is that Xerox DocuShare has been very useful to be able to manage each of the processes where we inform each of our clients as well as in the work collaboration with our colleagues inside and outside the company, the truth is that this is a one of the best tools I have had at hand to manage the large mass of content that my company generates.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There are few aspects that this program has to improve, it is really good in terms of its functionality, but we cannot deny the weight of the software and its updates have been a problem, with each new update that the program has had it has been much more space it occupies in my system storage, causing other applications and programs that are also important for the development of my work to be affected.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

This is one of the programs that I have recommended the most, since it is completely functional and meets the satisfaction of perfectly and comfortably managing the information that is handled in each of the projects of my work, the benefit of having Xerox DocuShare has been to maintain control of each of the collaborations and the destination of the mass of content for my clients, co-workers and much more, it is worth having full control of how information and documents are managed in my work department.

What differentiates Xerox DocuShare from other similar products?

For the most part if you are already in the Xerox hardware ecosystems you are natively connected and used to the product structure of services and this is a bonus over the rest.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The fact that it comes with a lot of pre-configured process flows and business rules built in that actually get used!

What do you dislike most about this product?

I have at times experienced workflow customization problems and had to reach out to support more than I would have liked. This isn’t really a dislike, but rather something more of an extra step that I experienced once in a while due to intricate business requirements.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Conduct a true needs assessment when looking at Xerox and its competition. Some of the other tools over complicate the product offering and it has been my experience that Xerox is more willing to work with you in an a la carte style more than the others. This will help you clearly understand what your organization needs.
