Its a bit pricey.

What differentiates Xerox DocuShare from other similar products?

The ease of use. Scanning to a secure cloud keeps me confident my data won't be breached. I love the full-text search, awesome feature that we use constantly, most only have words to search. This cuts down on words with the same letters showing up in my search. The drag and drop feature is wonderful too.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The full-text search hands down. Might seem like nothing, but we use this feature all day.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Nothing yet, it has been a great asset to our company.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It has been easy to use, if you are looking for a great xerox product, this one does not disappoint. They have great customer service. Call and talk to someone, see if you can get a trail. It was refreshing to have this DocuShare in the office, it makes our lives easier. Really makes our jobs easier.
