What differentiates Wrike from other similar products?
The ability to automate workflow is maybe the major point of difference, when comparing Wrike with similar project management products. Wrike makes it simple for users to build simple workflows without advanced technical knowledge required. In our case, we have been able to combine this simple workflows to solve complex project management problems. As a result, we are extensively saving time on repetitive tasks, creating a smooth flow of data between Wrike and critical apps we use at work and automatically applying rules to specific group project management approach , leading to higher productivity while consuming less time.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Wrike has an Ai provision , known as work intelligence, which is used extensively within my team to bring efficiency into our day to day work operations on the Wrike platform. With the aid of Wrike's AI provision , we are reducing the amount of time it takes to generate marketing content, optimizing how we manage projects by accessing key insights that helps identify potential weaknesses in our project management workflow, and I have been personally able to cut out time spent on delegating tasks by using Wrike's voice command on the mobile app. to delegate tasks.
What do you dislike most about this product?
At the moment, Wrike is incompatible with some important agile project management methodology such as Kanban. For my team , it meant us having to restructure our internal processes to accommodate this weakness.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Teams must factor in time and resource that will be expended to teach their members how to use Wrike. This is very important because Slack in my opinion, is not beginner friendly.

Some of the most useful project management tools in wrike are the kanban boards, time tracking, and job tracking.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
giant charts and schedule views in wrike make it easier to plan and keep track of work. multi-project teams will like that time tracking is already built in.
What do you dislike most about this product?
business may not be able to afford higher-level price plans.

great for project teams that have a lot of different needs.
