Wrike streamlines all project workflow.
Likeliness to Recommend
What differentiates Wrike from other similar products?
Wrike possesses unique analytical qualities, which gives project team members a real time view of key aspects of our projects like team workload overview , approvals , awaiting tasks and the list goes on.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Project workflow automation is simplified on Wrike. Courtesy its integration with several software programs we use in the workplace, Wrike makes it convenient to build automations which cuts across multiple business tools. We have leveraged the aforementioned to automate our approval processes, manage project resources and assign tasks.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Wrikes mobile application for both Android or iPhone are unintuitive and the functionalities are limited in comparison to what is available on the desktop web program. Functionalities on the mobile app are also prone to malfunction, for example; the tag function sometimes fail to work and the calendar layout on the mobile app is an unclear mess.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I recommend Slack for enterprise teams. I do not think it is a good fit for small teams.
Pros
- Reliable
- Performance Enhancing
- Enables Productivity
- Unique Features

Projects That Actually Move!
Likeliness to Recommend
What differentiates Wrike from other similar products?
Wrike sits at the centre of how our sales initiatives get organised. Especially when campaigns cross teams. Compared to lighter task tools, it brings structure without feeling overly rigid, which matters in a fast moving retail environment.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The strength is in how flexible the workflows are. Custom statuses reflect how sales work actually happens. Reporting gives a solid view of bottlenecks.
What do you dislike most about this product?
One downside is that notifications can pile up if projects aren’t configured carefully.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
From a business impact standpoint, Wrike has improved execution consistency and accountability. I’d recommend it to peers running complex sales initiatives who need order without slowing momentum.
