The fact that I don't have to waste time figuring out where my team is seated or where I need to sit for the remainder of the workday at the office is, in my opinion, the largest benefit of the desk booking software. It only takes one click to reserve my desk and find a seat with my team.

When trying to visualize the situation of the meeting rooms and manage them broadly, the dashboard is quite helpful. On the dashboard, we can check if a room is vacant and never booked. It simply gives us a broad perspective of how rooms are being utilized, ensuring that they are being used to their full potential. It's really practical. All of our staff embraced the solution right away to schedule themselves.

What do you dislike most about this product?

My preferences are occasionally ignored by the app. There are a few problems that occasionally manifest as items loading slowly. The software sends out many alerts. They ought to send out fewer notifications. It could take a while for the app to load. It may have multiple languages.
