You can easily reserve a meeting space with a few clicks, and the outlook plugin is beneficial. Schedules are simple to change or delete from the dashboard. Additionally, I may give the staff direct access to the programs. In reality, alerts are produced. I need to follow up with the staff as a result.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
When trying to visualize the situation of the meeting rooms and manage them broadly, the dashboard is helpful. We can check if a vacant space is never booked on the dashboard. It gives us a broad perspective of how rooms are utilized, ensuring that they are used to their full potential. When looking for available workstations, the floor map is quite helpful.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The product's pricing can be high, and the lack of certain features, such as task-level collaboration and file management, can be quite limiting. The dependence on the network, which has a significant impact on safety alerts, bothered me. Its UI is not better because it is fundamental. I occasionally need to register my desk attendance. Therefore, you can add a reminder feature.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I am sharing my choices for my workspace, including whether I want to work from home or the office, as well as contactless safe entry whenever I choose to do so. The best thing is that I can see when a specific seat is sanitized, which makes me feel secure. The scheduling of my personnel and ensuring their safety are of utmost significance to me as an employer.

It is unnecessary to repeatedly refer to the guidance material to comprehend features because they are intuitive. The app has a helpful feature that scans the temperature at the entry. Time can be saved, and information sharing is made more effective by having the option to design personalized notifications and automate specific tasks.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Whatever demands you approach, the team never says no. They attempt every time. The discover my coworker feature is fantastic. I can see where my coworkers are seated when I reserve my desk. Then I can locate a desk close to them. This makes sitting with the team so simple. The user experience is decent overall, and booking slots and times is simple.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It is possible for them to overcommit and not deliver on time in some cases. Booking cabs is challenging if we require them more than twice each day. There are a few problems that occasionally manifest as items loading slowly. The floor map loads gradually and may be annoying, especially when I'm pressed for time.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
The feature of the software that I enjoy the most is that it doesn't require any manual labour. The choices are all available. Each employee chooses the best option, and that is it. As soon as the requests come to me, I just have to say yes. Everything else will be handled.
