What differentiates Workday Skills Cloud from other similar products?

Unfortunately, WorkDay stands out for being very weak. It is hard to imagine the positive values it brings. It looks like a patchwork of data scattered in tables that make no sense.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The idea of Workday and keeping information about the employee's qualifications and development in one place is cool. This enables better control over human resources and planning their development or transition to other positions.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I don't like how workday is designed and how it works. It has very few possibilities, it is not very intuitive, most of the information needs to be entered manually, no automation.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It is definitely worth considering using Workday, but it is also worth considering other commonly available solutions. Before starting the implementation of Workday, it is worth consulting with end users and hearing their opinions about the tool.
