What differentiates Workday Skills Cloud from other similar products?

-Workday is a great tool for external hiring, skills repository, applying for internal positions and resource onboarding. -It allows our company's branding and customization. -Easy integration with third party applications such as ServiceNow. -Workday also allows us to create customized training programs that new joiners can go through before their joining dates. -Readily available customer support.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Workday implementation has definitely increased the efficiency in our internal & external hiring management process. It has improved the productivity and compliance. Workday helps us in pulling potential resources for critical opportunities.

What do you dislike most about this product?

-Recently, Workday has removed the ability to defer goals. -It lacks advanced automation and AI chatbots. -Tedious implementation process.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Push for a customized plan based on your requirements.
