What differentiates Workday Human Capital Management from other similar products?
Workday is straightforward to use and comprehensive, allowing personalized management a pleasure. Workday provides a very effective alternative such that it integrates most of the organization's requirements in the single platform, all of the data from the worker's flow of life is out there, plus it is easily accessible and applicable.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Workday is simple to administer, has powerful tools and functionalities, and helps our business streamline numerous systems and operations. We had previously utilized ADP, which was "poor" in comparison to Workday.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The most recent update to the homepage is undesirable. To access all navigation options, users must now do an additional click. Not really a great barrier or problem, but they don't seem particularly intuitive to me.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It is an outstanding platform for human capital management. I would recommend it to all related persons.

What differentiates Workday Human Capital Management from other similar products?
Both appearance and functionality of the user interface makes it easy for any employee to use for their HR and payroll needs.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The expense submission and vacation / time off request functionalities were my personal favorite due to ease of submission and approval from Manager. Also, when I requested HR for new hires / terminations data, Workday allowed exporting lists efficiently in Excel with required fields.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Nothing unfavorable when I compare it to other HR/ Payroll systems that I have used.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Workday HCM is easy to use for any organization and requires no / little training for end users who need to use it for basic timekeeping / employee expense / performance functions.

Provides the ability to streamline basic to more complex processes while allow you to see where processes are to complete basic task.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The ease and functionality of the storing of information for our colleagues.
What do you dislike most about this product?
If you are not an everyday user, some of the functionalities can throw off our colleagues which causes extreme frustrations for their overall experience.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Utilize all function, however, extensive training will be required.
