What differentiates Workday Human Capital Management from other similar products?

Ability to generate schedule reviews is one of the key feature that differentiate it from other softwares.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I think based on observation as auditor, the best part of this is employees can do the necessary tasks without even interacting with HR like recording their time-offs, keeping track of annual leaves, viewing and updating personal information.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The software does not interface with other system and therefore, requires manual adding of data . For a company human resource department the software is fine, however, for recruiting agencies it needs lot of manual data processing which is not efficient.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

The company should assess their data processing needed if you think there are batches to processes so its not an ideal software.

it differs from others by the easy use of the program.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

As an employer and employee, I like the flexibility the workday provides. Payroll and time off management were simplified for me as a manager. Everything was in my hands, and I had a lot of tasks to attend to at the same time. workday makes it a breeze to accomplish As a new manager, I was able to utilize Workday to ease the on-boarding process for new workers and put my mind at ease.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Workday might be overwhelming for workers who aren't tech savvy or are stuck in the stone age. It's simple to pick up and operate, thanks to the application's pleasant aesthetics and straightforward appearances.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Clocking in and out, paid time off, communication, and payroll are just a few of the features that may be managed via a single website.
