What differentiates Workday Human Capital Management from other similar products?

Workday's robust features make it possible to manage all HR operations, including onboarding, compensation, benefits, payroll, and more, within a single system. Very little effort is required and the outcomes are highly satisfying.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Workday HCM is a user-friendly system that is also inexpensive, has a wide range of useful functions, and can easily sync with other systems for talent management, learning management systems (LMSs), and so on. Information on personnel, talent management, payroll, etc., is readily available via this system.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The one drawback is that you'll need a large group of people to properly separate responsibilities. As a result, a small business may not need or benefit from using this platform. The implementation time could be ranging from six months to a year.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

The Workday HCM platform is not only the best software for handling payroll and payment receipts, but it also expediently resolves numerous issues that our employees have.

The tool is very flexible in building business processes.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Absence Management is well defined. There are a lot of details features for HR activities. Help to provide feedback to one another. Mobile app is very good.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Workday is extremely expensive. Lack of notification on making updates.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Workday is great solution for companies managing large number of employees.
