1. Extremely intuitive platform with ease of implementation and usage, 2. Very powerful and customizable reporting options available. 3. Product is extremely smooth and best for talent management as it has number of inbuilt features and pre training schedules.

Product looks and Easy UI management.
What do you dislike most about this product?
1. It's very annoying sometime but it will pass many verifications to reach one place which cause little delay and make system to crash. 2. Little bit confusing to understand the pages in start and navigate those. 3. Setting up reports or navigating more advanced tools can still feel a little complicated.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
