My favorite aspect is its advanced analytics and reporting capabilities, which provide deep, actionable insights into workforce trends, enabling data-driven HR decisions for large enterprises.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I dislike its steep learning curve, as the complex interface and navigation can be overwhelming for new users, requiring significant training.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I recommend diving into Workday HCM with a solid plan expect a hefty setup time months and invest in hands-on training to ease the learning curve, but trust that its powerful analytics will make HR a breeze for your big team
