What differentiates Webexpenses from other similar products?
Pro: User friendly and easy to use compared to others. Trustworthy Con: Submitting the claim was harder.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The submission of the cost flow is logical and quick. I was able to input all the details and upload my receipt without any issue within a couple of minutes. I really like that I can save my receipts for later reference. The process from depositing the claim to all the way to approval was almost instant.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I had hard time to submitting my claim. I even checked the support video to resolve the issue. I had to consult one of the relevant teams for help as to change the state of my claim from Pending to Submit. It would be nice if we could submit claims from the landing page itself, rest was good.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Its a great tool to settle claims and expenses at least, the best one I have used until now. But, yes it can definitely improve in upcoming future.
