What differentiates Cisco Webex Messaging from other similar products?
Webex by Cisco has some really great features that set it apart from the other video conferencing applications in the market. It gives the user the option to get automated transcripts running during meetings and calls which can be helpful in keeping a track of the conversation. There are also polls that can be conductedted to make meetings interactive and interesting.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
One of the best features by Webex is the real-time language translations. This is super important when you are dealing with clients and users from across the globe. So this helps in overcoming language barriers and increases efficiency and communication. This particular feature is not very common in video conferencing applications.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Since Webex provides a good number of tools and features, some users can find the user interface a little difficult to use in the beginning. Other than that there are not many major limitations to using this product.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
This is definitely a great video conferencing solution with a wide range of features that helps organizations increase work and communication efficiency. It provides great video and audio quality and is compatible with both Windows and Linux. The QA, polls and live chat options during meetings help make them interactive and interesting.

What differentiates Cisco Webex Messaging from other similar products?
Webex is better than other products because it gives users the option to leave voice mails in the form of recorded voice or video messages.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
My favorate acpect of Webex is that it supports file sharing, allowing all users in the room to share any files no matter the size. Another great feature is the screen sharing aspect which allows you to share any program on your computer or your entire monitor you can also use the whiteboard and share it with all the participants in the meeting to visually represent your ideas.
What do you dislike most about this product?
There is nothing about Webex that i dislike
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I highly recommend Webex for any organization or school as it is compact with all features that benefit those who work remotely or use it for classes. It's very reliable and provides an excellent quality of video meetings regardless of the participants locations.

What differentiates Cisco Webex Messaging from other similar products?
Webex is an excellent tool for keeping you connected with your colleagues regardless of your position/location. It incorporates all of the amazing features. The ability to share screens and deliver presentations to comrades and friends is great. The Whiteboard concept can also help to deliver the concepts seamlessly. The cloud storage and the ability to record meetings can be used to listen to the content even after a meeting ends.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It has file sharing features which help a lot in sharing documents, etc. It has an emoticon reaction feature which assists in getting prompt feedback from the second party. It has a virtual background feature that allows one to attend/organize a meeting regardless of where he is.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The screen sharing utilizes many resources due to which the computer might hang at time. Webex is suitable for only 100 participants at most per meeting. The meetings lag sometimes with an increasing number of participants. There is room for improvement in the transcription tool.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
You should not think twice while opting for Webex. If you are already in doubt enjoy the free version first which I am sure you will never regret. Indeed, it is a good platform for the masses.
