Has many of the same features of other products but software crashes and freezes a lot.

Don't have one as product is designed poorly.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The software crashes a lot and it is not easy to use.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Overall I do not recommend this product. There are much more superior options on the market.

What differentiates Webex Meetings from other similar products?
One thing that sets Webex Meetings apart from its competing products in the market is its emphasis on security and end-to-end encryption. This is owing to the fact that Webex Meetings is a Cisco product, and due to this there is a high level of reliability and infrastructure support. There is also seamless integration with My other Cisco products, such as Webex Teams, which enables better collaboration and communication.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
My favorite aspects of this product are the interactive features provided to the users, like Q&A sessions, Polls, etc. This helps make meetings interactive and eases the flow of communication. I found these features made our meeting sessions more engaging and fun and were very important in getting quick responses from the participants.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Though this is a great product, if you are using the free version, there might be certain limitations to your usage, like having a limited amount of time for the meeting, and limited participants that can be added. If you are a small organization, this will not affect you much, but if you are looking to hold large extended meetings, it might not allow you in the free version.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I would strongly recommend you to go through the different plans available for this product, to understand properly which plan will suit your needs and requirements the best. This is because the features vary with different plans, and you should make the best use of your money and the product to ensure proper productivity. I would also suggest that you assess how this product will integrate with your existing tools and products.
