The audio and video quality are good even during low bandwidth connections. I believe that's the main differentiator for Webex meetings in comparison with competitors

The best thing about the product is that it offer awesome audio and video quality and offers multiple unique features to make collaboration seamless for remote teams. It works smoothly in both mobile and pc, adding to it's appeal as a video conferencing tool.

Bugs and glitches during video meets can be improved.
