Webex gets you out of trouble with audio-only connections in a video conference when your internet connection is slow. The use of this software saves time and travel resources, it also streamlines work locally, it is not only good for remote work, it is a professional and complete collaboration space. The software is easy to use and fast, beginners can start working with this tool after familiarizing themselves with it for a few minutes, as it has a user interface where everything is at a glance and you can customize your space during a meeting with your control bar. The security it offers for files and meetings is unmatched as well.

What do you dislike most about this product?

1.When I use my computer's speakers, the audio quality decreases considerably... 2.The tutorials are cluttered with information, they are not practical for beginners and it is not necessary because the tool is not difficult to use, it only confuses users.

Cisco webex meetings listens to its users like few other softwares, it is constantly improving. If you need to increase the collaborative productivity of your work environment, this tool will help you a lot. You should also consider the licensing prices.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Cisco webex meetings keeps our data and privacy protected while we connect from any device anywhere, what stands out the most about this tool is its video quality during videoconferences, its definition and quality of detail is higher than the other software, imposing more professionalism and confidence when connecting with another person. Cisco webex has the basic functions and extra functions to make it more complete and versatile, among them good integrations, good annotation tools, good customization management, among other things.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The user interface may seem less simple for users accustomed to popular free applications on the market, and when the UI changes it is often even more tedious.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I have no special recommendation other than to tell you that my experience with Webex has been quite pleasant so far, it has completely innovated remote business collaboration. If you need to take communication and videoconferencing to another level then Cisco is a convenient choice.

Easy access from any device, on the web or mobile app, is very versatile and convenient. I can share applications. Whiteboard. Superior image and audio quality. I can also maintain a closer and more effective communication with clients, they can easily access to a meeting without any process involved.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

With this software I can interact as if I were in person, due to the large tool tray, high definition video and strong, clear sound. During a meeting I can change my virtual background and also eliminate background noise for more emphasis and concentration with the other participants. A while ago I heard about bad experiences with lack of security in other well-known video conferencing software, which makes me relieved to be using Cisco webex because of the end-to-end encrypted security it offers.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The user interface is a bit clumsy, for beginners it can be a bit overwhelming and even more so if you have a small screen, I think it should be better structured.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Try it, it's worth it. It is solid, versatile and secure.
