The option of enabling dial-up is also a big plus! I also enjoy the automated notifications prompted by the Cisco Webex desktop application, which are very practical and helps me never miss a meeting. The sound and video quality are superb.

Sometimes the desktop application pops up unexpectedly and can be difficult to close, but otherwise, I do not have any complaints.

We honestly have not found the negative aspects when using this software, we received help from the technical support in the installation and the deployment was complete, there is no need to spend money on accommodation or anything when we have a meeting scheduled with people from other cities, since the Video calls are made with great video quality.
