What differentiates Webex Meetings from other similar products?
The quality of the calls and the price make it one of the best products for a company's internal communication. In pandemic it was a key tool and in particular in my sector it has helped to develop a stable relationship with customers and service providers.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
What I like the most is to organize meetings with my work team and to be able to share images and slides while we talk about the progress achieved in each project.
What do you dislike most about this product?
There is nothing I dislike, I think it is a very effective tool.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Customer service is very necessary when starting the implementation at enterprise level, a basic initial training is a good idea.

Cisco Webex focus largely on secure communication and it excels in what it do. If you need to trust and not worry about that aspect, Webex is for you.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The security of communications, of the information contained in the video sessions, the possibility of being able to access the recordings safely in the administration console.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Nothing en particular, maybe sometimes you can percibe a little lag with a lot of cameras are turned on.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Put your trust in Cisco if you want a tool focused on corporate video conferencing without more functionalities than the ones you are going to use.
