Because of the pandemic and the coronavirus, our company was forced to do home office and maintain remote communication and we found a tool that really helped us to maintain communications between employees and between customers without affecting the sales and services of the company. We love Cisco Webex Meetings because in addition to making video calls and conferences, you can interact between people in a fluid way, with many options, such as screen sharing and even sharing a virtual whiteboard where everyone can participate.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

As I mentioned, the fact that you can share a virtual whiteboard, where all call participants can write on it, makes this tool one of the most useful unlike the rest of its competitors. We also love that you can minimize background noise, which makes calls and conferences a pleasant experience, plus no matter where you are, at home or on the street, you can take the call since this application is installed on both computer and mobile.

What do you dislike most about this product?

We have found this tool quite good, compared to others we use, however, if it has some flaws that should be improved, such as the fact that if the connection of some participants of the call is not very good, it freezes and slows down the entire conference. On some occasions errors have been experienced at the start of calls or conferences. But the error has been reported to technical support and has been resolved satisfactorily.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

In short, Cisco Webex Meetings is one of the best tools for communication, calls and conferences, because it keeps us always in touch with employees, customers and no matter where we are, we can attend and solve problems that may arise at work. Without a doubt, it is the best video-conferencing tool we have been able to find, that is why we recommend it 100%.

Cisco webex meetings can be available in both ios and android version, it is inexpensive and can be used offline. These features definitely help and impresses user alot.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Comment and chat control is weak.Similarly,the website version is weaker as compared to app version which disturbs users. So this needs to be improved in this product.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Although having some cons, but we cant ignore the positives from this product which help a lot many users. One should definitely use this product, it will help user in alot many ways. It can be available in both ios and android too.

What differentiates Webex Meetings from other similar products?

Many of us have to get connected with the other coworkers and can even provide training sessions to a few of our new employees via this tool and Cisco Webex Meetings is great for having Conference or virtual meetings as well. It has all the features to make its users feel secure and at home. Mobile integration, mobile app, and graphic interface are all worth appreciating. But I don’t feel comfortable using it on my MacBook and Ipad. We can integrate it with the 3rd platform to facilitate ourselves as we have integrated it with a video conferencing tool and we can operate that from Cisco Webex Meetings’s window.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Our money is saved as we don’t have to spend a lot on buying different platforms for the coordination. Its features are highly beneficial and we are utilizing almost all of its features. It has helped in maintaining a relationship with coworkers and we can always get in touch from anywhere and anytime. The quality of audio and video are unmatchable even with a low bandwidth connection. Filesharing is useful to send any information and work-related files.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It is good to be used from the mobiles but when u have to use it from our Macbook then it is quite cumbersome and shows bad behavior. I don’t have any other thing to be considered as a flaw in it so far.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

The Webex Meetings is great for all the companies and workers who want to have a strong bond with their teams, colleagues, and coworkers. It is not a hard tool to be used rather its working is easy and comprehending this tool is also handy and I can bet once anyone starts using it they will never switch to anything else because it has almost everything at a very affordable price. We can integrate it with the 3rd platform to facilitate ourselves as we have integrated it with a video conferencing tool and we can operate that from Cisco Webex Meetings’s window. Its interface is crystal clear and easy to understand.
