I like this tool because its different functions are very novel and important since you can make video calls at which time sharing a screen, you can even change the call if you need to change the location, the videos are of high quality, you can send messages sharing Files Create edit on slate with a person safely or with a group of people and the most important thing easy to collaborate between employees making work much easier within a company

I like everything in this tool allows you to make the video calls sharing the screen to be able to see and share with the other people with a lot of success

I recommend this tools to small, medium and large organizations to have a better communication through videoconference, everything one needs today to achieve objectives set by any organization, both in personal and professional life, the interaction within A company providing better videos for greater success

What differentiates Webex Meetings from other similar products?

I can make a comparison because I've used other tools. Cisco Webex is a very good tool, in fact, it is the best tool I have used. What I really like about it is that it has very good audio compression, and it's very simple to share screen content and decide what we really want to share. The mobile app is extremely useful. It is available on Android or iOS and includes almost all of the features.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

One disadvantage of working from home is that my cell service is very spotty. Using Webex for VOIP yields a clearer signal than my cell phone and the cost of the VOIP services is low. My second favorite aspect is that our IT team reviewed this and determined that it met the security requirements for use.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There is a small but noticeable latency in the transmission when sharing multiple screens, which can cause attendees to lose focus. When using the notebook or PC speakers, the audio quality suffers significantly. The deadline for making recorded meetings available is too long.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It is ideal for web conferencing. This tool saves money on travel by allowing group meetings with people from all over the world to collaborate face to face. Webex has a straightforward user interface and offers meeting options. To set up a meeting, simply select the schedule a meeting option, then select any meeting template.
