What differentiates Webex Meetings from other similar products?
Less friction for external parties than Microsoft Teams, but more friction than Zoom
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
External parties able to join
What do you dislike most about this product?
Parties must download the application to join the meeting or call in. Cisco WebEx is not user friendly and provides an unreliable experience.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Choose Zoom. Microsoft Teams makes it difficult or impossible for external parties to join, and Skype for Business must be networked with the external organization to communicate.

Unlike other products, we ourselves have the opportunity to mention that this is a very effective tool because this platform offers incredibly specialized chat features that integrate video and audio clips.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
What I love most about this tool is that Webex Meetings is its simplicity and the overall ease of use of the interface, which are 2 of the most relevant things you should look for in any program. Webex has you in mind, allowing you to quickly set up meetings without wasting time setting them up.
What do you dislike most about this product?
In my personal review, as amazing as Webex Meetings is, the Webex app offers more in terms of productivity and better quality conferencing.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
We can recommend it because Webex Meeting is our daily online meeting program. If it helped us grow, it can help you too.
