Webex Meeting is easy to use and offers quality HD video and audio. We have conducted meetings with clear sound and not experienced any noise in the background. It is also offers value for money since we have increased our ROI over he past year. The features it offers are powerful and we love that we can host many participants without experiences crash of the system. The compatibility with web browsers and mobile devices has helped us host meetings and join chats even when away from the office.The availability of the technical teams and training resources are huge giving us a chance to grow as company with their great services.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Webex Meetings has provided us with great collaborative tools like screen share, the whiteboard and the recording tools that has increased productivity across teams. With the pandemic we have adopted fully into working remotely therefore Webex Meeting has helped us conduct online meetings with ease getting everyone in the organization on the same page. The ease of using the tool is fantastic as we have not experienced downtime or crash of the system since we started using it. We can also share files quick and easily of any type across teams. It is a solid video conference tool that cannot be ignored at this era.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It is costly for small businesses but still brings value for money.
