Superb ease of use, integration with internal ecosystem (desktop and mobile app) and amazing audio/video features.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Seamless integration with outlook and ability to promptly start meetings (pre scheduled and in personal rooms)
What do you dislike most about this product?
Wireless audio set sometimes doesn't get picked-up automatically once connected to PC.

What differentiates Webex Meetings from other similar products?
We have meetings with both external clients and internal staff using Webex. Due to the lack of a convenient tool, scheduling meetings was a major pain point in the past. Once we put it to use, everything ran more smoothly. Whenever we need to take over a user's system to fix a problem, we use this to give them with help.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Webex works well for businesses in which a large percentage of employees are based outside of the office. For our purposes, it can serve as a medium for communication and collaboration. This is useful for support firms since it allows remote access to a device's console and, in turn, control of that device.

What differentiates Webex Meetings from other similar products?
Webex Meetings' cross-platform data transmission is smooth and efficient. Sending and receiving files of any kind may be done on any system. The operation of Cisco Webex is straightforward. It doesn't even consume much of our internet data. Video conferencing, screen-sharing, and phone conversations may be made in HD resolution for free.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
We like using the video conferencing feature, and I've also used it at my home office, and I'm delighted with the results. There are fewer distractions due to the superior noise-cancellation technology. Also, the automated transcribing function works admirably well, as well. In addition, since this was the first time my team had utilized this platform, they were ecstatic.
What do you dislike most about this product?
When I am sharing my screen with others, the loading screen can sometimes be a little sluggish. A lot of time is spent waiting for the web interface to load. Software download is the most incredible option for users. Internet connection and functionalities are lacking in the web browser. A lot of disk space is required when doing a lot of cloud recording.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
There are several advantages to utilizing Webex Meetings, including that everyone may participate fully in the meeting regardless of the device they are using. You can use Webex Meetings to plan and conduct professional meetings with customers and coworkers. Because of this, I'll be recommending this software for web and video conferencing.
