What differentiates Webex Meetings from other similar products?

In the business version of it , just type the username of the person and you can join their bridge anytime, anywhere. This is the best feature.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

We don't have to ask Username every time in Webex as it is the same provided by the organization. Also, Webex Meetings has worldwide support for calls and meetings, which is quite good. You can have webinars this way with multiple people sharing their screens simultaneously.

What do you dislike most about this product?

On attending meeting on mobile you cannot view multiple screen shared at the same time. There is option to view only one screen at a time.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

One of the good meeting software specifically for business and in current trend of remote working.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Cisco is said to have one of the largest end to end security feature. A Cisco WebEx’s user’s security feature is turned on by default. Users’ data remain private and inaccessible by third party by any means. Webex offers strong password access by default. Every user on a Webex room is assigned a secure meeting ID by default.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Webex does include virtual backgrounds, but not as wide a selection as competitors like Zoom. There’s a lack of fun personalization features found in other tools like color schemes and window layout options.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It’s fairly easy to use, and you can join meetings in one tap. We also like that the mobile version doesn’t compromise the quality of video and audio calls. But it doesn’t feel as smooth an experience as compared to Zoom. It’s not as fully featured, and you might notice it’s somewhat slower.

What differentiates Webex Meetings from other similar products?

Compared to other competing video conferencing solutions, it has a simple user interface, easy connecting, and less buffering and sound dropouts. What's most important to me is that I can find all of these features in one place while being reasonably priced. I have never seen any attendee complain about anything on Cisco Webex.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

This tool allows me to join the meeting through the web if the app is not downloaded or is malfunctioning, making it easier for me to participate in the conference. Besides that, Webex Meetings' Outlook integration makes it simple to plan meetings and confirm the availability of attendees. Also, I have complete control over how many individuals are allowed to join the discussion.

What do you dislike most about this product?

When it comes to the mobile app, it might be a bit of a challenge to log in or out initially to create your account. Using Webex on a desktop or mobile device is a learning process that needs a fair amount of practice. Also, a lot of space is used up by cloud recording, which is too heavy.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It is most effective when both parties are using Webex for client-to-client sessions. Setting up a meeting with a customer through Google might be a bit of a hassle. Having a preview of the webcam before attending the session is another perk that I like. The Freeware version supported meetings of up to a hundred people. The extra options make scheduling much more manageable.
