Its easy to search users in the Webex as the name same as provided by organization. Also, you don't need an account to join a meeting

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Its convenience of operating from mobile as well as desktop makes it best cross-platform platform. You can join meeting from any device.

What do you dislike most about this product?

You cannot view multiple shared screens at the same time.
