What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Webex has several potential applications. Its versatility is owing to its many functionalities. It's a great way to get in touch with anyone, whether they work for the organization or not. The software is available to everyone with access to the internet.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Its widespread use is hindered by the abundance of competing remote communication tools. If it is not utilized consistently, its possibilities cannot be fully explored.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

On the whole, the UI is really well designed and easy to navigate. For the first few minutes of using an app, I don't think 99 percent of users require a tutorial. There are, however, situations like presentations that do necessitate back-up.

Webex Meetings is business-focused mainly. I like how simple it is to use if we have the business version; all we have to do is enter the person's username, and we can join their bridge whenever we want, no matter where we are. Webex Meetings provides worldwide phone and meeting support. It allows real-time messaging, so we can send and receive instantly. We can share any computer part so everyone can see and work on any task. The web app is optimized for browser-based meetings, so no download is needed. As a result, Webex Meetings stands out as a unique piece of software.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The best things about Webex Meetings are its high quality and top-notch performance during meetings. It's cross-platform and has a fantastic user interface and user experience (UX). We can schedule appointments immediately or in advance. Through Webex Meeting's streamlined interface, we can chat, share files, share screens, present, and collaborate on any work. We can share what we're working on via Webex Meetings' screen sharing feature. Its bandwidth-management tools are excellent. Although bandwidth is limited, the solution works well.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There isn't a way to talk privately with someone. It was challenging to deal with the recordings that had been posted online. It should be usable as chat software, like instant messaging. There is no gallery view for shared screens like there is for the desktop app or web browser. While mobile meetings work great, we can't view multiple shared screens simultaneously.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Try it out! Webex Meetings is an excellent tool for both in-person and remote meetings. It's helped my team and me solve business problems caused by remote pandemic work. We recommend Webex Meetings because it's the fastest app we've used for meetings.

What differentiates Webex Meetings from other similar products?

Virtual conferences are the main use for this service. Workers are encouraged to telecommute during the COVID outbreak. However, business must carry on regardless of the expense. In addition, we still have a requirement for mutual knowledge and data transfer. We do this with Webex Meetings.

Webex Meetings simplifies the process of setting up, attending, and recording meetings with its user-friendly interface. No matter how familiar or unfamiliar you are with Cisco products, the intuitive design of Webex Meetings will make using the app a breeze. The same platform allows you to get on a call, participate in a stand-up, or immediately find a message you wrote two months ago.

What do you dislike most about this product?

This service is more expensive than similar ones offered by other businesses. Several reviewers have complained that the software's menus and interface are difficult to use. The process of migrating from older Webex systems to this cloud-based version is time-consuming and complicated.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

There should never be a Webex conference without high-quality bi-directional video (when both the presenter and the audience members have their cameras on). Presenters can gauge audience interest and share their own feelings through eye contact. Despite Webex Meetings' emphasis on video conferencing, users seldom take advantage of this feature.
