What differentiates Webex Meetings from other similar products?
Presentations, training, and group projects benefit greatly from the screen sharing and control capabilities. Connectivity is strong, as are the audio and video quality. We use Google Calander to plan meetings and keep track of everyone's calendars.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
If you're looking for the most significant feature, you'll be able to make a phone chat with any customer because the online version is so smooth, and you can also send and receive files. As a general rule, you can have as many participants as you like in a WebEx conference, and you can even make international phone calls using WebEx instead of keeping two separate applications or devices.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The Android software falls short of the quality of the PC counterpart. Confusion and stuttering plague the smartphone UI. Screen sharing and multitasking on Android may be made more seamless, since this would improve user experience.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Because we all work from home, we need a simple way to connect together virtually and collaborate. Webex is a fantastic tool for staying in touch and working together in real time. Even our clients enjoy collaborating with us using Webex since it is more easy and adaptable.

It’s ideal for people who want to collaborate or work remotely. It is also great for small teams who don’t have enough people to meet face-to-face. With Webex, you can share documents, presentations, screens, and whiteboards - all from any device. There are several options when it comes to Webex meetings: webinar, conference call, and webinar + conference call. With the webinar option, you can share your screen and present your data or ideas. The conference call option is great if you have a lot of people on the call, because everyone can see each other’s screens at the same time. This is better for larger groups than webinar alone.

Webex is built specifically for business use, which means it’s designed with modern, user-friendly features like mobile-friendly websites and easy access from any device. It also allows for more flexibility — like real-time collaboration across multiple devices, integrated chat rooms for team communication, and the ability to even record your meetings for future reference purposes.
What do you dislike most about this product?
There is nothing much to dislike about Webex apart from the fact that its pricing can be a little low.
